Installing the Printer Queues

  1. Make sure you are on the BSG wifi.

  1. Download, unzip and install the Ricoh 5503 printer driver package: Step 1 - Printer drivers .

  2. Print a test page from any application. Select BSG - Follow Me Mono as the printer.

  3. Print a test page from any application. Select BSG - Follow Me Colour as the printer.

  4. When you print for the first time, it will ask you to authenticate. You must use your BSG credentials in format BSG\yourusername1234, this is the same username and password that you use to connect to the BSG Wifi or student iMacs.
