Please note, this guide is for situations where you cannot install the standard Windows or Mac print drivers and queues, for example if you don't have administrative rights over your computer or you are using an iOS or Android phone or tablet computer.

Web Printing at BSG supports the following file formats:

• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Powerpoint
• Microsoft Word
• PDF
• Picture Files

Using Web Print

Log into the BSG Papercut application at: https://print.bsg.ox.ac.uk

1. Log in with the same username and password that you use to log into a BSG supplied computer (your BSG Active Directory account).

2. Select Webprint from the left hand menu.

3. Select Follow-Me-Mono or Follow-Me-Colour based on your needs, then click the button labeled Print Options and Account Selection

4. Enter the number of copies of this print job and select Upload Documents

5. Select Upload from Computer to upload the file to the print queue, then click the button labeled Upload & Complete.

6. Move to the printer you want to print from, then swipe your University card on the reader.
7. You will see your list of print jobs. Tap an individual job to show information on that job and options to print or delete it. Alternatively tap 'Print all' to release all jobs.
8. Tap exit to log off from your job list.
