Re-mounting Shared Folders on a Mac
Under some conditions your Mac laptop or desktop can lose the automatic connection to BSG-FS, removing your access to Live and your personal shared folder. This most commonly happens when:
- you connect or disconnect a laptop from a docking station.
- your Mac wakes up from sleep.
- your Mac is not regularly re-started.

Resolution
- Open the 'Self Service' application from the "Applications" folder
- In the Categories box select on the Support link.
Find the Mount Departmental Shares item, and select the MOUNT SHARES button.
- The shares will now be available in Finder.
