Amending Delegated Access

The owner of the mailbox needs to send an email to ict@bsg.ox.ac.uk with the following information:

Mailbox Name:

Delegated user’s SSO:

Addition/Removal:

This makes finding the mailbox easier for the ICT staff.

New delegated user’s SSO:

The barcode or SSO of the delegate in question.

Addition/Removal:

Define whether you are adding delegation or removing delegation, or if you are changing ownership.

Accessing Delegated Mailboxes

Go to Outlook menu option on the top bar and click Preferences.

Click Accounts on the Tools Menu.

Click Advanced, and then click Delegates.

Add the mailbox under People I am a delegate for, using the + icon.

Once all mailboxes are added, you can click 'OK' and exit out of these screens.

After a few seconds the below box will appear twice for each mailbox you added. Click 'Save my choice' and then click Allow.
