If you need to delete a mailbox, please make sure that you have copied any relevant emails you wish to keep. Once the request to delete a mailbox has been processed, data recovery cannot be guaranteed, and will be chargeable.
Once you are sure that you wish to delete a mailbox, the owner needs to email ictservice@bsg.ox.ac.uk with the SSO of the mailbox.
