How to print in Mac OS X

  1. Open the Print window in the normal way for your application, eg. open the File menu and click Print.

  2. Click the drop-down next to 'Printer:' to open the printer list.

  3. In the list of printers you will see a number of Follow Me printers. There are two Follow Me printers to allow you to quickly select whether you want to print in colour or black and white (mono). The default is the Mono printer. Select your desired Follow Me printer.

  4. Set the number of copies and/or range of pages you want to print.

  5. If you wish to specify additional printing options (such as multiple copies, printing one-sided, watermarking, stapling, booklet printing etc.), click 'Copies & Pages

  6. Click Print to send the print job to the Follow Me printer.

  7. Move to the printer you want to print from, then swipe your University card on the reader.

  8. You will see your list of print jobs. Tap an individual job to show information on that job and options to print or delete it. Alternatively tap 'Print all' to release all jobs.

  9. Tap exit to log off from your job list.
