Teaching spaces, meeting rooms and common areas are bookable resources in Outlook/Exchange and Plan-on. Spaces are grouped with the following permissions: Teaching spaces: Bookable by Programmes team and Events. Teaching has priority and rooms will be held by the MPP team until the teaching schedule is confirmed. Priority then falls to the Events team. Please talk to MPP and Events if you want to book one of these spaces.
Common spaces: Normally not bookable, Events are the only team that can book these spaces.
Meeting rooms: Bookable by all authenticated users.
