The service also includes the printer configuration of managed computers, and the configuration and support of the Print server software, also known as Papercut. == Costs == The service is provided free of charge to members of Faculty, Staff and Students, as well as sponsored visitors. == Support Arrangements == The Blavatnik School ICT Service Desk is the primary point of contact for this service. The Facilites Helpdesk monitor and maintain consumables including toner, paper, toner waste and staples. MFD/Printer hardware and supplies are maintained under contract by AltoDigital. == Availability == The service is designed to be available 24 x 7 x 365, however some service elements, for example toners & paper levels are monitored and maintained during core service desk hours.
