== Requesting a new Shared Folder and Security Group ==

Please raise a support ticket by emailing the ICT Team ([[mailto:ict@bsg.ox.ac.uk|ict@bsg.ox.ac.uk]]). 

Please include the reason / justification for the new Folder and the proposed the folder path in the request, for example: 

'' Live\Resources\IT and Learning Technology\IT Policies ''

You will also need to let the team know who you want to have access to the folder, and the level of access for each person / group.

The ICT Team reserve the right to refuse the creation of a new security group, if an existing group which meets the same need already exists.
