The Blavatnik School ICT service desk offers the first line of support for School users, the team will escalate any issues that cannot be resolved within the School to the Nexus Support team at IT Services. The Nexus email and calendar services are based on the Office 365 cloud service, and from UK and EU data centres on behalf of the University of Oxford.
