We know that the automatic mounting of BSG Live doesn’t work all that reliably for MacBook users, and some people are in the habit of manually connecting to BSG Live using Finder > Connect to Server.

If you do use this method, please replace your saved servers with:

afp://bsg-fs.bsg.ox.ac.uk/Live/

and

afp://bsg-fs.bsg.ox.ac.uk/RedirectedStaffFolders/_Login_User_Short_Name_/

Replacing _Login_User_Short_Name_ with your SSO.
